Hey all,
I know there are various places to get a carpet kit from but was looking for any personal experiences with a really nice option. I’d rather not put some random eBay kit (unless it’s nice!)
Thanks in advance

Re: Carpet kits?
I purchased the carpet kit for my 70 car from datsunparts.com (Dean). I purchased part number 1095, the black loop carpet set.

I also purchased the carpet fasteners, part number 2573 (didn't see them on the site, may be out of stock). This kit has been in my car for 21 years now. They fit great, were easy to install, and have worn well. All the parts for refurbishing my interior I purchased from Dean (carpet kit, seat covers, door panels, console and console lid cover set, emergency brake vinyl, shift boot, door aluminum trim).
These pics are from 3 years ago.
I did all the work myself, except the seat backs (had an upholstery shop put those on for me).

Re: Carpet kits?
Thanks for the link. I was going to put this directly over the sound deadener as I don’t see the need for padding. Did you use the pro foam and spray adhesive?Pjackb wrote: Sun Apr 27, 2025 7:49 pm US made , High Quality
