Thanks, that's good to know.

Another question, only 1 of my seat frames has a tab at the back. The other frame is not drilled for tab. See photo.
So is there a right and left?
Parts manual does not show seat frame.

Hopefully Curtis sees this old thread. Just wondering if the 1964-1966 Mustang foam for the SEATBACK Is a better fit than the flat sheet of seatback foam that comes with the 1962 - 1968 MGB kit? The reproduction seatback cover for the 1965-67 cars looks made to have the outer edge raised a bit higher than the center section. Your posted photos of your seats prior to resto. shows the same. The Mustang seatback foam has that raised outer edge. The MGB seat bottom foam which you recommend can be purchased separately without the seatback. The Mustang seat foam only comes as a set but it is still a little less money than just the MGB seatback foam. MGB foam has increased a lot in price since you bought it. Thoughts? (Mustang foam shown below)

I used seat belt straps for my webbing.

This might help or be an option for the webbing:

Did you have frame mounting issues? Wondering why you brought down the cross straps into a "V" pattern as opposed to straight down? TIA

It was faster/easier to zigzag those straps.
