The Squated truck mods phenomenon

Just wondering if members in other places are encountering this very dangerous mod on trucks it needs to be shut down, I've seen a few in KC
The frt end raised the rear 2-3inches lower ,so it could easily trap a car under the truck those mx style truck racers are like that
