Anyone else having intermittent outages with 311s.org?
Having times here where I just get an error message and can't connect to the website....last 3 days been kind of hit and miss...

I’m pretty sure Steve is on top of this, we talked about it earlier and he’s working with the provider to fix the problem.

Yes. I have an open ticket with the host provider regarding the issues. This usually happens once or twice a year but has been happening way too often lately. Real memory usage has been pegging at 100% which is not a good thing. I have not made any changes to cause this issue. I will post an update once i have more info. Thanks.

Issues should be resolved. The virtual private server was running out of real memory which was causing the database server to crash. They added additional real memory and I have checked the last few days and everything looks good. We should be back in business as usual. Anytime you see a problem please let me know.
