US made EPDM rubber with parting lines set so as to not separate like the original and we will guarantee free replacement if one goes bad like the Nissan ones did. Thanks Dean, received my package this morning. Although FedEx dropped the ball. They came nearly 15 min. before the 10:00AM-2:00PM window start time and didn't stick around for a signature. The delivery lady was climbing back in her rig when I opened the door. No issue for me, but could be for others if this was more than a one off event.

Specs slightly different between the molds? Seems volume would only necessitate one mold once going into production.

Looking at the pins to holes layout, I think they might probably be 2 halves of the same mold....I could be wrong

I'll see if my uncle would need a shifter boot for his incoming '67 project. We'll tow it this week once the truck is ready. The tool box and tonneau covers showed up so we might take her in tomorrow.

NICE Dean! Between tooling cost and manufacturing cost per piece on startup you probably need to sell well over 200 to start breaking even. VERY much appreciated! Glad I could contribute in a very small way to the project.

I'm excited as well, as that is the boot I use. And my current one has already begun to fail as described and was not that old. I think I even added some Flex Seal to the underside, but the weak point is the seams as Dean said. Thanks Dean, I added myself to the "email me" list!
