First Stop Casa De Fruta on to Hollister CA - Tres Pinos- HWY 25 to Peach Tree Rd to San Miguel - HWY's 101 - 227- 1 - 246 to Solvang Datsun Roadster Classic

Oh man, very jealous. HiWay 25 from Hollister going south is gorgeous, parts of it like the California of 75 years ago, where you wind into a canyon and are the only one there except for a few cows. (when you finish a route, and have counted the cattle crossing (grates) and are on an odd number, does that mean you are still "inside the compound" ???)

Heree is a way toa dd an hour or so of twistis to that.
When you get to 166, go east to Tepesquet Canyon Road, (about 14 miles on 166) then south on Tepesquet to Foxen Canyon which turns into Zaca Station, finally dumps back out onto 101.
Very technical switchbacks thru horse / cattle / winery country, lovely tree canopies in places.
Beware the dreaded beast, which is of course the F-350 dually driving the centerline on blind corners.
