300ZX front brake upgrade-ish

PO had custom Coleman Racing Products rotors made at 30mm thickness and installed 26mm Nissan calipers. You can force these together, but there is no clearance / a bit of rub. Of course, I didn't notice this until it was all mine. It's a project car and not on the road, so no damage done, but still.....

Now I'll be machining the custom rotors down to 26mm, or replacing / selling the 30mm rotors for the 26mm variety, or replacing / selling the 26mm calipers for the 30mm variety. Thanks PO

Since you have the 30mm calipers and hats, I would recommend selling the 26mm calipers and replacing them with the 30mm versions (which are easier to find). I can help you find a home for the 26mm calipers as we sell a lot of those kits.
