Looks like a 69 to me, has a safety catch on the hood latch and marker light holes in the front fenders.

Lot of little items parted out , not been wrecked IMO makes me think frame rusted bad or engjine / trans prob. I'd want to see underneath, but at that $ ya buddy if not
