I will be rebuilding engine soon. What blue color is it and is it available from the run of the mill paint suppliers like VHT, Duplicolor, or Rustoleum?

No, it's not available from the run of the mill suppliers. It is Nissan teal or blue depending on who you ask. datsunparts.com sells the paint in spray cans. If you want close enough, look at GM corporate blue.
