68 Roadster 2000 Smog Removal Question

I'm about to remove all my smog equipment from my 68 2000 motor. My question is the best way to remove the tubes/manifold (See attached photo). Should I cut the tubes and use a socket to unscrew the pieces out of the manifold?

I'm getting a replacement EI Dizzy and the correct plugs for the manifold.

If you're removing it and not keeping it, I 'm game on putting it on my newly acquired but missing some parts 68 2000.
