2000 water pump bypass hose

Does anyone remember the post for a replacement of the bypass hose? I seem to remember a post for a match just had to trim the ends and included was the numbers for it at a parts store. Sure could use that info now just started up the engine on a major rebuild and that hose is leaking its the only one I didn't replace.
