Looking for seat foam for a 67, anyone know a dealer?
There is no custom made foam for a 1967. A car upholstery shop can figure it out for $$$. Some DIY 311s members have purchased 1965 standard Mustang Seat foam and used a electric knife to cut it down to fit. See link.
Thanks, decided to try my hand at the foam. Is it possible to tighten the rubber webbing(I know how) it seems to be in very good condition but sagging. 89$ foam plus shipping 131$ plus exchange would be 300 cdn for the mustang foam, ouch!

Maybe there is a Canadian supplier for the foam? That shipping cost is insane, certainly it isn't the weight, probably the box dimensions is part of the issue.
Edit: I just took a very quick look, but a couple examples below?? Probably comes down to domestic Canadian Shipping cost.
Is it possible to just tighten the webbing? The 2 rear straps on the seat bottom are doubled, is this normal?
If re-tightening or installing new would you draw it tight and then relax 1/4" as previously stated?

When I did mine with new rubber, I pulled t he rubber snug , then pulled an extra 1/2" to prestretch them. Nice and comfy to sit on when dpne. Wg had a pro do the seats ib the 69 and he used the existing strapping as it was in better shape. As fas as I could tell, he didnt prestretch the rubber. I was not as happy with the feel of those seats as the ones I did myself.

What years of MGB, on the seat foam..??
I looked up an old thread that Curtis discussed the MGB foam in more detail. I'd forgotten about it, even though I asked questions to Curtis in regard to the foam ,1962-1968 MGB. BSF071 and BSF072 are the P/N. Apparently the seat cushions are left / right dependent, this is for left side seat cushion. Prices have skyrocketed 50%+ since Curtis bought his. Both left and right seat cushion are OOS. Try another MGB supplier. It appears you are looking at today's prices about $320 + tax and shipping for 2 x MGB seat foam. If you have the time for extensive foam sculpting but not the budget for MGB. 1964-1966 Mustang Standard foam can be had for about $110 + tax for 2 x on eBay. Listing No. 273584421565
Northwest Import parts.com is where Curtis bought his and the P/N corresponds.

I'll need to re-do my seats at some point as well and while looking for headrest covers I came across autoobsession.com. They used the same stock pics that other vendors are using so I'm assuming that they are made by "distinctive industries". Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with autoobsession? They sell the seat foam as well but it's currently out of my price range. If money's no object ($220/seat) and it's a reliable seller, this is the link: https://www.autoobsession.com/bucketsea ... ter-2.aspx

I have used auto obsession for several interior parts and my experience was good. They were less expensive than other sites when I purchased from them about 2.5 years ago.
