Thanks for the kind comments-- Project Unicorn was a fantastic opportunity and I was grateful to be offered the job-- I had some great mentoring from the best in the business on this project and it was very rewarding to bring it all together.

Quick Autumn Update

Finally got the top put on the car (after waiting 6-months for our appointment):

I don't suspect that it will be used that often, but nice to know that its there if there is a sudden rainstorm...

Good God that car is beautiful. I don't know how ANY person could look at that thing and not look twice, or less than a hundred times for that matter! For me, there's just something about a Datsun Roadster that draws my eye. And of course, this set of pics hits my love of black and gold together with the hay... really nice setting choice for this car! Congratulations on creating such a fine example.

Jeez, Michael, I don’t know what to applaud more… the car or the photography.

I think the photography… my well traveled 4 Runner might even look acceptable in your shot.

Really, really beautiful, and I’d like to schedule a shoot for my car. 😃

Thanks
Peter

Again, thanks for all the kind comments-- so pleased to have been given the chance to bring this car back to life and it is so great seeing the owner Ken driving the wheels off it!
