O.K., links work but how do you place the pix in the post?

The links don't work for me. To post a photo, open the post comment window and type the text of what you want to say. To post the picture, press the box under the subject line that says Img in it. Then put the url of the picture and click the Img box again. Not all photos will allow linking like that, so it may not work.

You could post them in the Album here and try that.

The file you want to show in the forum must end in .jpg

Yahoo doesn't allow this...

I'd recommend you use http://photobucket.com

Here is your photo that I'm now storing in photobucket.com

Tell us about your ignition setup. Electromotve crank fire? Vintage?

Yahoo pics work fine for me.
BTW, if you want to keep your windshield washer assy, it's really easy to relocate to the pass. side. Just remove the clip and bracket for the fuel filter, put the bracket on the reservior forward against the radiator support and drill a hole under the pump for the hose to exit through. Bracket lines up easily.

O.K. so it's a Yahoo issue. I got a "new to me" digikal camera so I could do this internet stuff. I just finished repainting the car,(it was in in a big hailstorm ... ouch), so I figured I'd apply the new toy to the new paint. And yes it is dark in the motor area, it was that way when I found it in 1987. I didn't have access to this knowledge base back then. So a lot of the stuff I have experienced and performed is non-conventional! I question authority and when is is said it can't be done I want to know why. And yes the ignition is an Electromotive HPX which I added a map sensor to the mix. The heat shield is 3/4 inch foam board wrapped with that aluminized A/C tape. The headers are also wrapped to keep heat out. And as far as the washer tank goes, I try to avoid driving when wet so the wipers mostly satisfy "legal issues".

Thanks all!

Yahoo wont allow image linking, as somebody already said.

Also your img tags are the wrong way around.

the IMG one should be first and the /IMG one should be last, and inbetween should be be the url to the image file (which you can usually find out by right clicking, and selecting properties )

so for example

IMG http://www.311s.org/phpBB2/templates/sm ... _phpBB.gif /IMG

but with the square brackets around the IMG parts.

which would do this:

You can also fill the washer bottle with water and alcohol, either for waster injection or with a little spraybar for the front of the radiator as a cooling booster. :D
