Z car steering wheel in a roadster

Hi. Just bought the competition steering wheel, and quickly realized it comes too close to the steering rack. Instead of removing mass from the steering wheel itself, I decided to trim down the plastic from both sides of the grounding/adapter plate. After shortening the cancel pins and using countersunk screws, the steering wheel turns freely, hooray. AND it’s non-destructive so I can put it back on my Z afterwards with another grounding/adapter plate.
