3/4" or 13/16" brake cylinders
What would be the difference between 3/4" or 13/16" brake cylinders. Are they interchangeable? Can you use 3/4" in place of 13/16" what could be the difference. I have new 3/4" for a 69 but what was on the brakes was 13/16" is this a problem?

Re: 3/4" or 13/16" brake cylinders
Good question. I’ll be watching this thread.
When I bought my 67.5 in the late 90’s it had one of each on it so when I replaced them I stayed with 13/16â€. My belief is that it would have greater rear brake bias than the 3/4â€. Don’t know if that is good or bad, but it has worked fine for me.
Peace,
Pat

Replaced my 3/4s with 13/16s and never looked back.

Extremely minor ...bit more pressure with large diameter but bit less travel
