Sadly-Linda has passed away 2022. She was the 311's den mother and drove the first Rare-Parts ball joint project. RIP.

How does that impact its use on chrome?C.Costine wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2020 8:57 pm I checked a little further into the P21S and found that it is acid based which will of course enable it to chemically dissolve rust as well as various other oxides. It appears to be not recommended for highly polished aluminum because it would dull it somewhat.

I love this product but would never use it on high polished aluminum, as a matter of fact there’s very little products I would useThe Neck wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2020 11:00 pmHow does that impact its use on chrome?C.Costine wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2020 8:57 pm I checked a little further into the P21S and found that it is acid based which will of course enable it to chemically dissolve rust as well as various other oxides. I use P21S almost exclusively on chrome and other clad metals to remove rust and heavy oxidation and also to clean carbon buildup on exhaust tips .
For polishing my go to products are the Nuvite series of polish
