Florida Roadster you’re way off. That’s a five digit speedometer, so It really has a whopping 46 km, or 28.5 miles!

That's why I didn't buy it... High mileage cars are just not my thing...

My bad, sorry. I guess it's a USED car now. I can't imagine anyone has put gas/fuel/petrol in the car for 67 years.
THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE VERSION EVER OF "RAN WHEN PARKED." I doubt the new owner asked them to start it up so he/she could take a test ride.
But it is a beautiful "car" none the less.

1967.5 SPL311 Datsun Roadster 1600/2000 (Full Restoration Project)
1961 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider (Full Restoration Project)
1970 Triumph GT6+ (Full Restoration Project. Waiting up on the shelf.)
What’s sad is that even though the owner must have very deep pockets I suspect that the insurance just for extremely limited driving is so cost prohibitve that even he would choose to not drive it. I bet just the cost of insurance to trailer it to something like Pebble Beach would pay for a very nice roadster. I doubt the car ever gets out of first gear again, maybe second if he has a very long driveway!
