restoring aluminum trim

Has anyone come up with a good method for bringing the aluminum door trim back to life? It’s my understanding that no one is currently offering any new items for sale and I’m trying to figure out the best way for getting mine to look presentable. Thinking about using a buffing wheel and a mild detergent. can these be sand blasted with some type of softer media? What methods have folks found that works?

Bead blasted then painted Eastwood Silver Cad

Blasted mine with soda, used buffer wheel and then 0000 steel wool to even it out.
