Re: New 67.5 Owner in Northern Virginia
Welcome to the (apparently growing) mid-Atlantic roadster community. I am aware of a few owners here in the DMV but always excited to meet another.
Congrats on getting it running during these icy winter days! Very cool!

Thanks Russell. I fired it up today and took it down my street a couple times. Plenty to do in order to feel confident on a longer drive...but it's just fun to take it for a short spin.RussellC wrote: Thu Jan 13, 2022 2:30 pm Welcome to the (apparently growing) mid-Atlantic roadster community. Re: New 67.5 Owner in Northern Virginia
Thanks. I talked with the previous owner and he told me the car was painted green in 1976 and he recalled it was a mid 70s corvette color. It's hard to believe the paint is 45 years old. Yes, it faded, but I've seen modern cars with the with clear coat peeling after 10 years. I tracked the color down to be GM Elkhart Green. Here's the paint color on a 73 corvette.
