Re: Bend brake lines?
I suggest getting a bender, flaring tool, and 3/16 nickel copper tubing. You won't have all that much invested and then you will be ready every time you need one more line which is going to keep happening. The tubing that I got came with a good assortment of adapters. I think that I got the flaring tool and bender from Eastwoods. The tubing is available everywhere.

Re: Bend brake lines?
I would look at the copper Nickle bendable tubes pre-made at your local auto parts place. Measure the existing line using a flexible (cloth) tape and buy a pre-made line as close as possible (over, not under) in length to what you are replacing. Then carefully bend to fit and replace. It might take a creative extra bend or loop to take up excess, but you will then know that your flares are factory correct. Making your own flares is not difficult with the correct tools, but does require the investment in tools. The pre-made bendable stuff is pretty forgiving, inexpensive and works nicely in a pinch with out sacrificing safety. Just make sure to get the correct ends on both sides. I was amazed at the variety and selection available off the shelf. When I redid my brake lines I used a combo of pre-formed and self made.

Re: Bend brake lines?
Local parts place had an assortment of fittings, I would think a "T" would be available. It's just a question of if you want stock only.

Re: Bend brake lines?
I found a guy this is going to custom fab me some line. I don’t mind paying a bit more for something I know will work. Plus the braided line will even look nicer.

For specialty bolts, fittings, clamps and lots of other miscellaneous fasteners, I highly suggest www.belmetric.com. I still support local stores, but Belmetric has an amazing assortment of specialty fasteners. They ship fast and their product quality is excellent.
