Re: R16 Reproduction water pump
If Dean doesn't have the pulley, we probably do, or Mike Young, or Paul, or Stan or Ross or BrianZ or Datsun Tim. Lot's of guys on the forum may also gift you one.
The WP pulley you have should fit the pump properly and then line up with the 65-67.5 crank pulley and the alternator.
If not, there are more issues to correct.
(that crank pulley and lower water pump bolt makes me think there may have been some other cobbling done by the PO) Best of luck, Give us a shout if we can help!

Re: R16 Reproduction water pump
Just a thought for the vendors on the replacement pumps for early cars. Since the bolt threads are not like the originals, do you include replacement bolts? I would suggest that would be a good idea.

Just saw this note from you Sid. Yes, this is a no brainer for us and our pump includes the bolts and lock washers on the very early replacement pumps.spl310 wrote: Sat Aug 28, 2021 12:45 pm Just a thought for the vendors on the replacement pumps for early cars.
