1966 newbie in phoenix

Post by Samson »

Hey everyone, I'm Samson. I have been creeping around this forum for a long time as I have been in love with the roadster as long I have known they existed. Well now at 32 I have been able to pick up my very own. She was in a field in Arkansas for who knows how long. She is almost more rot and bondo than anything else but I love her. I think in a previous life she was a racer so I think she deserves to do that again. I am going to go the sr20det route with lots of carbon.Im going to be leaning heavily on the wealth of information here, and I am so grateful to have you. Once I get a chance I will give the full tour of my new '66. Thanks everyone!

Congrats Samson! I just plucked one myself out of Cali ( 68 2000) and have started It’s revival. Let me know when you need help. I live in Tempe and am willing to lend a hand when I can.
