Brake / Clutch Hose Spring Retainer Clips - NLA

Nissan p/n is 46206-61000 which is no longer available. The Datsun 510/520 on line parts Catalog shows they use the same clip. Rockauto for the 510/520 has Dorman HW1457 1" Spring Clip as being available. Can anyone confirm these work? Unless I missed it I didn't find anything in the Parts Interchange section for this. I know Vendors have this part, but I already need to order other parts from Rockauto and the clips are cheap. IF THEY WORK.
