The aluminum door kick plates look pristine

It's a Fred Fliintstone car

That was at the Sea side , my cousin lived at a beach house Ft.Lauderdale 400-550 k house
Most of the cars that were not garaged were old beaters that lasted 2-3 years in the salt spray

I've never seen under the hood of a RHD car. Interestingly no cutout for the dual brake cylinder.
