Curtis, those look like 1500 seat belts to me. All of the 66 and 67 cars that I have had looked like the ones in the eBay Auction. Both of the 3 seat 1500s that I have are equipped with the belts like you have - complete with the knobby belt material. Contemporary road tests bear this out too. The 65 1500 (2 seater) had the 1600 type belts I believe - at least the one or two that have passed by me did.

Well they're in Pat's 66 and those are the ones Ross has for me. My guess is there was a change in 67 as the 1/2 year came out and they put them in the late 67 they had left over.

Yeah, Nissan changed stuff all the time - often without reason. I had an early 67.5 1600 that had the early small flare fenders on it. I have been told that is impossible, but this car had a completely unmolested (but awfully rusty) body. It wasn't a big deal to me, and I chuckle when people tell me that it couldn't be. I could certainly see the 66 cars having those belts. I can say that the early 67s that I had came with belts like the later style, but did not have the hidden hooks for the shoulder belts.

Both of my 67.5 sets sure don't look like they were ever that finish... but I reckon it's hard to argue NOS examples and @spl310's anecdotal evidence.
And I guess if my trunk could degrade from a nice shiny silver into a rust-colored death-trap, then the seatbelt buckles could have certainly degraded to what I now have...

In a crash, our cars don't do much to minimize injuries. They are made before most of the safety stuff was required. The only and best protection will be that seat belt. That is not a place to use an old part or one that looks okay. Spend the money and get new webbing. It is pricey but so is a hospital stay. Funeral expenses will be someone elses problem.
