Front Brake Caliper Cyl. P/N 41100-14600, "Genuine" Brand Name

I saw this Inner Cylinder distributed by "Genuine" with the same part number as the Nissan part. The Pic is of the Dunlop / Sumitomo with 2 1/8 number in the casting like the Nissan part. The listing comes under 1967 Jag. XKE. I'm fairly sure I had read that Jag did use the same Cylinder. So has anyone actually bought this Brake Cylinder by "Genuine" to save a couple bucks vs Nissan? Just wondering if the steel Brake line / Bleeder threads would be the same as the Nissan part?
