That is quite a bit of cutting. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make things fit the way you want. The bolt in cross member is intriguing. I have seen others talk about it but haven't seen one yet. I am not going to do that to mine, but I do have to cut a tunnel through on the passenger side for my exhaust. (Honda)
Keep it up.
Keep it up.

Yeah too much cutting for most people. Wait til you see the trans tunnel.... I ended up slicing an inch out of the passenger floor board and pushing it over. The NC 6 speed is significantly bigger than NB it seems.

Apparently so. I have the older 6 speed and it fits in the tunnel width wise, but I removed a large portion of the PPF mount that stuck out on that side.

The bellhousing ribbing and reverse gear bulge were never going to fit. Otherwise the rest of it fit OK, even the intact PPF mounts.Slackline wrote: Fri Jan 29, 2021 9:09 pm Apparently so. In following along, looks like you placed the order for the engine late Dec 2020. You said 3 month wait.....has it showed up yet as of April 11th? Just hoping for an update....
