Datsun roadster front suspension compatibility

is there any difference between 1600 early model front suspension(1966) and late model 1600(67.5 onward) front suspension? I ask as I want to start hoarding parts and have found unknown model year front suspension parts for sale. I have a 1966.

Compare the part numbers in the Parts Catalogue: I think you'll find the part numbers are carried right through the model range.
