ok, so i go to the mailbox today and I have a Grassroots motorsports magazine in there! Ive looked at them at walmart and really liked them. (but had no money... haha) So, the question is, did someone order it for me? ok, questions, lol. Is it a SCCA member thing? SEROC member thing? Maybe something to do with my magazine subscription to Modified Mag?

Im confused, a $5 magazine for free?! haha

5 days!

I'm sure someone got you a gift subscription for your birthday. Probably your folks. I don't think anyone here has your address or is planning to buy you a gift.
GRM is a good magazine. I have subscribed for a few years and enjoy reading it.

i asked my 'rents and my bro... they didnt order it. I still have 3 sisters, a g/f, and some close friends.

and yes, very cool magazine. In the ad for wheels they have the lbs listed and such. Since my family/friends are into drag racing i dont see stuff like that.... very interesting!

I have your address, I didn't send it, but I'll take credit for it if nobody else does.

Dave,

I got one too, you shouldn't have big guy!!

I wonder if it is a SEROC thing... GM is not bad, but their sister mag Classic Motorsports is mucho better for us into the old stuff...

If you just joined SCCA Grassroots Motorsports magazine may have sent you a promotional copy. I received one when I joined SCCA.

It's good reading :)

Be sure to check out the sister magazine: Classic Motorsports. I think this is even better than GRM.

The owners of the magazine are heavily involved and claim they will never sell their magazine at Walmart because of how Walmart dictates they must do business together..........
