Well, the grease nipples face the rear and the rods look like this: -
LH and RH are indeed different P/N's
ASSY-ROD, SIDE RH
48510-25900 ALL 1
ASSY-ROD, SIDE LH
48630-25900 ALL 1
From your pic. it looks to me like the RHS rod.
