Have you looked at the plastic sheetrock anchors at your local hardware? Mine has many different types and sizes. They would not look anything like original but I bet that you would find one that is functional.

If you search for headlight adjusting screw you will find several replacements. You will not find an a replacement with the tube on it like the original. I ended buying new Nissan buckets out of Thailand I think and the plastic part is open. The bucket is exactly the same with just a couple little extra tabs you can remove. Bright and shiny captain.

The new one comes with generic colored wires so I'm changing them out to match with heavier wires.
66 stroker, almost done.

I can 3d print some but the plastic really should be nylon and it is a huge PIA to print nylon so I stay away from it. If you wanted something a tad more stronger then ABS then I can do that as I was going to make some for myself as well. But honestly I would think you could find one at a good automotive store like NAPA or something would carry one in Nylon.
