New Guy Intro

Hello, my name is Taj (like Taj Mahal). Recently picked up a 1969 Roadster 1600 from a old-timer near by. Had seen this car sitting in his yard for a while. Over the years, the car seemed to be missing more and more parts (wheels, ets.) and fading from being outside in the elements. I decided to stop by and ask what he wanted for it. He gave me the "it ran when parked" speach and we settled on $500.00. No cancer but some surface rust and remnants of a bad paint job. Not the most beautiful car now, but hopefully with the forums help, I can get it on the road once again.

I look forward to tapping into the wealth of knowledge I've seen on here so far!
