Piston to wall clearance: .0015 to .002 measured from the highest point of the taper on the piston skirt.

It may be too early in the morning for me, but shouldn't it be the widest point at the bottom?
It reads to me like the highest point would be towards the top.

Unless I mis-understood the manufacturer's own notes. I pulled that info from the blueprint that was supplied. I'll call the manufacturer tomorrow morning and check.
