Well, since we're under a "shelter in place" order here in the Bay Area, I've managed to spend some time working on the Datsun. Valve cover is just about done, polished and painted.
Turned out pretty nice considering how it looked after 20 years of sitting. The leaf on top is a nice touch:
Also went by Rebello before all the Corona craziness began to drop off parts and check on my engine's progress.
They ran out of Datsun blue paint, so it's black for now, but it's coming together! They are considered an "essential business" and are still operating.
Now I'm working on fixing the exhaust holes in the frame that were butchered by a torch-happy muffler shop in the 90's, prepping engine compartment for paint, etc, etc.
