A Datsun 1200 vintage Race Car being tuned at the shop. Listening to this scream to 9000rpm was pretty awesome.

My friend Carl Hatfield raced a 1200 for years. After crewing for him, I got to enjoy a victory lap at SIR many years ago, was amazed at how well it stuck in corners on race tires!

It seems like down here in Florida, all the 1200s have been made into drag cars

Other than the Z, I always thought the 1200 had the best lines of any of the Datsun's.

Looks like a great racer! I miss mine. But I still have lots of race and stock body and Other parts if anyone needs.
