I have a 1966 Datsun 1600 Roadster and I need an oil filter.
The cars been sitting for 43 years (not my fault I’m 17) and I need a filter to change the oil so I can start the motor but I can’t find one. It has the cartridge style filter, if anyone knows where to get one that’d be a big help! Thanks!

Don't start it without pre-lubing. You will wreck your rocker arm shaft and significantly damage other parts. You can do this by putting oil in a pump-up sprayer and plumbing it to the hole where the oil pressure sending unit goes. all you need is a 1/8 barbed adapter. remove the valve cover and keep pressure on until you see oil dribbling out the whole length of the rocker arm assembly.

Make sure your oil filter canister has ALL of these bits assembled in the right order or the oil will not be filtered correctly: -
