Lost lower alternator bracket bolt, does anybody know the correct size bolt for 69 2000.

Mine snapped off so I replaced it with an 8mm x 1.25P bolt, of the appropriate length, from a later model Datsun [240z for example].
I had to re-tap the SAE thread in the alternator ear to Metric but you shouldn't have to being a '69.
