1 5/8. I haven't found it as directly enabling the build as I thought it would. You still have to have perfect cuts, and the tightness of the Datsun bay really makes it tough. Bottom line, I probably wouldn't buy it again; certainly it doesn't get you a set of headers in a few days time, unless you are already very good--in which case you may not need it. But there is no doubt it gets you there a bit faster. I may also be able to optimize the design a bit better on the jig with this setup once I verify fitment with the body back on.
