Where does this wire terminate?

Hi everyone, while putting engine back together in my 67' 1600, I noticed this wire and can't figure out where it goes, it's a yellow wire with a black plastic casing over it. The first picture is where the wire comes out of the harness and the second is a close up of the wire. Any help would be appreciated!!

Temperature sending wire and missing the terminal.

The brass tube that goes to the head from the manifold, it goes under the connection to the head to the sending unit. Hard to see.
