It is understandable if they came up with the idea AFTER consuming the beer, but if they thunk it up and then had to drink enough beer to get the right number of shims.....
I say "they" because - two different brands.

I removed the vinyl strips the PO installed on 00148.
He cut through the PAINT on the Drivers side

It appears to be a 67.5 so it is worth saving right?

Seem to have a broken ground wire. Guess I'll just wrap bare wire around the socket and solder it together. That should work right?

Wooden Dowels, I guess that's one way to seal the intake manifold.
