Carburetor Bits

Post by glennhuff »

Started putting my carbs back together, and I seem to be missing something. The front carburetor has a rod that goes from the outside of the carburetor up into the dome. When you push on it, the piston goes up. The back carburetor doesn't have one. Does anyone know what this is? Do I need to put one in the back carb? Hope someone knows.

That rod is used to help determine if the carbs are adjusted properly. You need one in the rear as well.
