60-70 Vishin? can't quite read it, but I've seen that brand before.
Looks like the remnants of the fan clutch remains pressed on the shaft.
Most likely OEM because of Clutch. j

I rebuild them, but many opt just to use a earlier style pump instead even though they are not directly compatible. The 1/2 year pumps cost less new than a rebuild. J
