I always thought those were cool engines. What hp/tq were they rated at? How do they drive, where's the power band?

Stock they have 150 Hp @ 6400 and 135 lb ft @ 4800. Mine has programmable FI. It pulls better than the solex U20 I had in my yellow car.
Part of that is the transmission having a lower 1st gear ratio. The trans has a 3.321 first while the rest are almost identical to a roadster.
Much easier to drive and a 240 mm clutch does't hurt.
