Win one of these Roadster Model Kits!

Post by Alvin »

Attending the Solvang Datsun Roadster Show is a yearly tradition for me. For several years I've been donating a scale model car kit to the famous raffle held after the show.

For this year's Solvang show I thought why not make things interesting and give you 3 kits to choose one from. Kindly take the poll or post your favorite and I will donate it to the raffle held 4/28. PS this is my first poll ever created on 311s.org, go easy

The 3 kits:

1/32 '67 Fairlady 2000GT from ARII

A few words about the kits
You are probably familiar with the race car kit from Fujimi, as it comes with a nice engine/carbs. I opted to build a replica street car for a friend from this kit:

The Nichimo actually comes with (2!) bodies (red/white) and some fancy pencils (?):

The ARII 1/32 scale kit is, well, small!

Not as detailed as the other two kits. Still fun to build as you can use your imagination like I did and built a replica for a friend:

Just to be crystal clear: these kits are not for sale. I will donate one to the Solvang raffle after the poll results. What happens to the remaining two kits? Simple:
I will give the remaining (two) kits to forum member Red Baron, if and only if, he/she picks them up in person at the show.

Very cool models.
How did you create a poll, I've wanted to post one before.

Awesome models, beautiful pics. Did notice that three of the tires are mounted backwards on the silver car... might want to correct that before hitting some corners in the rain!

Your punctuation is excellent!
Your model making skill is fantastic.
However, you have me at a disadvantage...Why did you choose me to be the beneficiary of your rare model kits?
