Routing hand throttle cable

Any advice on routing the cable for the hand throttle. I have a NOS assembly including the knob and the rubber seal.

Do it while the engine is out and run a 10-32 tap through the firewall bracket captive nut.

If the engine is in place, get a small ratcheting 90 degree Philips head for the bracket on the firewall. It's in a tough spot.
