240z Forums

Post by Bwana »

I'm finally zeroing in on a 240z as another project (like I really need one) and have obviously found internet forums to be extremely helpful with mods, maintenance, etc. I've done the "Google" on "240z forum" but can't seem to figure out which is the most active or informative. And I'd like to stay away from social media platforms.

Any suggestions from you Z owners out there which are the most useful?

Dangit Jeff - I wish I'd known you were looking? A lady here in Houston just sold two decent 72 240's for $1,500 each!

There is a Houston X Cars facebook group you should join.

Cheers

Agree. ^^^

But HybridZ is best if you're really into very mod'd Z cars... V8, RB25 that sort of thing but still lots of decent basic Z stuff.

NICO's S30 forum is OK but a little slow: http://forums.nicoclub.com/datsun-z-forum.html (It's separate from the general NICO forum)

http://www.zcar.com/ is pretty decent.

Probably the best one for bonafide info on early Zs: https://www.zhome.com/ Carl Beck, the site owner, has forgotten more about S30s than most will EVER know.

A few of us on my350Z.com talk about our early cars there but not much. I'm probably the biggest "Other Cars" poster. My S30s each have/had their own "Build" threads and my co-mod there has one as well.

Have fun!
