would you say this is from the gasket or my frankenheader ? if the gasket how do I fix without pulling all of it off or can I do it that way ?

The LH pic just looks like the header weld is rusting.
The RH one looks to be a leak from gasket or header, and in either case it has to all come off.

Take some barbq tong and hold some toilet paper (unused) in the ends, while putting a cardboard deflector aft of the engine fan.
If the tissue paper blows from the exhaust coming out, you have a leak.

well that's easy.enuf maybe . there's black soot there on the nuts holding the header on , on the middle two nuts . I have a new big box to use for this test thx
