Re: Ortega - Palomar -Stone Brewery Tour - Oct 1st
It was a perfect day to run the roadsters up the hills and through the turns. I saw some old friends and had a great time.
Thanks so much for organizing the event.

No way, is that Joe Roach I see in one of those pictures? (the booth one with Paul Gabriel)
Wow, long time, familiar face.
Looks like fun, bummed I missed it. Wife was sick so I managed some vacuuming / cleaning prior to next week, but little else.

Thanks Holden for setting this up. I had a great time and the weather was amazing. It was also great to meet Dustin (irvine) and some san diego roadster club members.

Holden. You could not have planned a better route. It was perfect and the restaurant was great.
That ride is at the top of my list for drives and meeting the San Diego group was a great experience. They were more mature in Datsun experience than myself (although younger than me).
It was an A+ day.
Good job co-driver too.

Thanks Greg for letting me drive up the hills. Your car feels well sorted for sure. Now to get mine road worthy.Solex68 wrote:Holden. You could not have planned a better route. It was perfect and the restaurant was great.

Re: Ortega - Palomar -Stone Brewery Tour - Oct 1st
Pleasure to meet everyone, I had a blast! This was the first long drive since purchasing this car and it took me a while to fix all of the PO issues. I was pretty nervous to start the morning but was very pumped after getting through Ortega, she drove great! One thing I didn't like though was being the only 2L on Sunday not running Mikunis... I plan on fixing that! Thanks again, Holden, for coordinating and I hope to see everyone again sometime soon.
