VTO Retro 4

Post by Skyman »

I'm thinking of swapping my 14X5.5 Panasports for some 15X7 VTO Retro 4 wheels. +18MM offset. I want a larger wheel and more tire options. I can get a screaming deal through a vendor friend of mine. Does anyone have any direct experience with these wheels?

No direct experience. But they look super nice. In most cases, a +18 VTO is pinky finger on both sides of a 195 60 in the rear. No worries in the front.

I have 15 x 7 VTO Retro 4 wheels, I got one of the first and mine are +12.
I have 195 x 50 on the front.....no problem.
I have 205 x 50 on the rear.....the fender are rolled just a touch and the inside touches on extreme rear axle angles, like running over a curb with one wheel

Phil, Big Thanks for working with Dave at FUTOFAB, manipulating the manufacturing of the VTO wheels to fit our cars better.

So what is the correct offset for the roadster. +12 or +18?

+18 on most
Some +12 on the front and +18 on the rear.
You can always shim +18 to +12

Another vote on choosing +18 offset. My buddy has the same wheels, and they look really nice.

Thanks for the reply. I really like the Retro. The Le Mans are really nice as well.
